My favourite thing about running is that you don’t really need anything, just a pair of shoes. You don’t even need directions but somehow you’re feet always seem to find something: a new road, panoramic view, horses, serenity, dogs, motivation, mud, single-track, speed, the biggest hill ever, goats…
